D.L. 105/2015 “SEVESO III”:
DANGEROUS CLASSIFIED PRODUCTS STORAGE
 
 
SINTECO Chemical Logistics, for San Giuliano Milanese and Pavia warehouses, has submitted a notification in accordance with Annex 5 of Decree Law 105/2015, implementing Directive “Seveso III” on the control of major hazard accidents related to hazardous substances.
 
Both our deposits are authorized for the storage of categories and substances/mixtures identified as hazardous according to the CLP Regulation, storaging classified substances according to:
 
• HEALTH HAZARDS (H1-H2-H3): San Giuliano Milanese warehouse;
• PHYSICAL HAZARDS (P3a, P5a, P5C, P6b, P8): San Giuliano Milanese and Pavia warehouses;
• ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS (E1 and E2): San Giuliano Milanese and Pavia warehouses;
• OTHER HAZARDS (O1 and O3): San Giuliano Milanese warehouse.
 
San Giuliano Milanese warehouse, also has possibility to storage harmful substances specified as “NOMINAL SUBSTANCES”:
 
• Bromine (CAS 7726-95-6);
• Hydrogen chloride, liquefied gas (CAS 7647-01-0);
• Methanol (CAS 67-56-1);
• 2,4-Toluene diisocyanate (CAS 584-84-9) and 2,6-Toluene diisocyanate (CAS 91-08-7);
• Hydrazine (CAS 302-01-2);
• Gasoline (CAS 86290-81-1).
 
In order to minimize the contact between incompatible substances that could produce violent reactions or hazardous reaction products it has been arranged a specific warehouses of subdivision.
