Few days after mixture CLP rules became effective on 01/06/2015 our Health Ministry sent a newsletter explaining that there is a 2 years exception to classify and label mixture produced and lead into market beafore 01/06/2015, as in art. 61 paragraph 4 Guideline CE/1272/2008.
